For Promedico, quality assurance is paramount. 

Our robust quality assurance processes guarantee the highest and strictest quality of products and services to our customers. 

As a pharmaceutical wholesaler, Promedico operates under the certification and oversight of the Ministry of Health for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), as well as a Manufacturer / Importer Authorization (MIA).

Since 2007, Promedico has operated under a quality system certified by the Standards Institution of Israel, aligning with the ISO 9001 standard. Since 2008, certification has been integrated into the quality system for two additional quality standards: ISO 14001 for environmental management systems and the Israeli standard ISO 45001 for occupational safety and health management systems. In 2018, Promedico achieved ISO 13485 certification for medical devices and later obtained ISO 27001 certification for managing an accredited information security system. 

Promedico holds a platinum mark from the Standards Institution of Israel, making us one of the few companies in the pharmaceutical and consumer products sectors to hold such a mark.

To comply with these requirements and in accordance with the GMP legislation implemented in 2010, Promedico's operations are inspected by the GMP Unit in the Institute for Standardization and Control of Pharmaceuticals at the Ministry of Health. Promedico upholds the highest GMP/GDP quality standards and operates in strict accordance with legal requirements and all recognized benchmarks.
