Our logistics center spans 3 acres of land, situated in the Emek Hefer industrial area in Israel. Another key logistics hub is located in the north of Israel. Customer service, procurement, and import services are based at the company’s Petah Tikva office.

Promedico's unique value proposition lies in our daily service to thousands of customers from varied and diverse fields across Israel: hospitals, private pharmacies, HMOs, major food chains (Shufersal, Rami Levi, Yohananoff, Hatzi Hinam and many others), nursing homes, clinics and diagnostic centers, research institutes, medium and small food chains, convenience stores, and individual customers via home delivery (B2C).
